Pharmaca Vegan Beauty Haul
I have my favorite spots when it comes to gettin’ my vegan beauty goods – I either hit up TJ’s, Whole Foods, Target or amazon.con… and now I’ve discovered a new gem of a place to score the best of the best vegan must-haves: Pharmaca.
Pharmaca stores and Pharmaca.com are one-stop-shops for a wide variety of top-of-the-line natural health & beauty products. I’m mega stoked because there’s Pharamaca store right next door to my favorite Trader’s Joe’s in Rockridge, CA (my hood). Yippeeeeeeee!!! 😀
Anyhoo, I recently got my hands on 3 beauty products from there that I absolutely love, love LOVE!! Lemme share…
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Powder – My skin has been going NUTS since I got preggers. I’ve always had smooth and clear skin for the most part, but my baby makin’ hormones are wreaking havoc on my skin, and I’m breaking out like a teenager! This stuff is a godsend! It’s actually like magic. I’ve used mineral powder concealers before, so that aspect of it is not new to me, but not only does this neutral shade match my skin tone perfectly and conceal all my blotchy spots (like Photoshop-style), it has ingredients like bamboo, minerals and certified organic fruit extracts to help soothe, calm and clear (without drying). Will DEFINITELY be purchasing more of this stuff when I run out – this is one of my favorite beauty products ever!
Evanhealy Rose Cleansing Milk – I adore cream cleaners, especially this time of year when my skin starts getting flaky and dry. Evan Healy’s pH balanced Cleansing Milk works with all skin types, from the most delicate, sensitive and mature to dry and dehydrated with oily T-zone (me me me!). It smells beautiful and contains regenerating plant oils, antioxidant-rich gotu kola and purifying white kaolin clay, shea butter from the Tapko Widows Cooperative of Ghana, wild-crafted botanical extracts from Colorado and rose geranium floral water from Washington – all fancy, good stuff!
Mychelle Advanced Argan Oil – As you all already know, I’m a HUGE fan of anything Mychelle, and I’m also heavily addicted to beauty oils (Is there a support group for this?). They pretty much top all moisturizers out there because there are no filler ingredients – just pure, nourishing goodness. This argan oil is enhanced with Baobab, an African superfruit packed with vitamins A,D, E and F to help fight wrinkles and boost hydration. It’s lightweight and versatile, non-greasy, organic, and ultra-conditioning (contains essential fatty acids and vitamin E). You can use it every day, straight on the skin, on wet or dry hair, or mixed with your favorite cruelty-free creams and body lotions. My skin is absolutely grateful for all 3 of these products!
